ok today I am very nervous I do not know why. ye was the drug day from hell.....Elavil had an allergic reaction from it. was taking beadryl the whole time . I think I am nervous because of monday. It is not a psych ward so no locked door. I do have a signed safety contract and a I want to get better contract which I need to work on one about therapy to.
